We strongly advise that all operable wall partitions are serviced every 6-12 months depending on the usage and complexity of the system. The size and weight of a movable wall or sliding folding partition means that regular maintenance and training on how to move the walls safety and correctly is essential.
During a typical service, two Accordial certified operable wall engineers will carry out an inspection of your wall and perform a comprehensive service and safety check to ensure optimum performance is gained. By regularly servicing your walls you will benefit from a system that is easier to operate, that will maintain its acoustic attenuation and - most importantly - protect the health and safety of its users.
It is your responsibility to ensure your operable walls are serviced every 12 months. Without a valid health and safety certificate, any liability as a result of accident or injury to the user or those in the near vicinity of the wall will be the site owners' responsibility.

Preventative Maintenance Program
Our maintenance agreement plans will safeguard the use of your walls for many years to come without the need for escalating costs should they need serious repairs, renovation or – in the worst case scenario – replacement.
This cost-effective program prolongs the acoustic and economic performance of your wall while providing peace of mind. Priority is given to identify and eliminate the cause of operational difficulties and potential areas of damage, as opposed to reactionary maintenance methods.
All service contracts come with a 10% discount on all additional repair material used on products covered by the service contract, a detailed plan of your walls including the number of panels, location, sizes and any special features/layouts and a free service log book.
